Readers know my views on Air NZ’s aircraft safety videos … they have totally lost the plot.

So it was bloody refreshing flying back home last night to receive a ‘live’ briefing from the ‘trolley dolly’ who concluded her spiel by saying … “and for those of you who didn’t bother listening to me can I say … good luck”.

Priceless.
