The 22 people who died were a cost of the pandemic, not the goal, so why you are pointing to a ludicrously low death as evidence of failure only your febrile brain can discern. Actually I was thinking of the cost in terms of death-by-lockdown as well as the economy, Hal. All lives matter you know.But to be fair to the government those lives were never part of the original calculation anyway, so there's no reason to count them now, or for you to think about them.
