What is confusing and perhaps significant is that fact that the Republicans who were widely projected to lose seats in the House have currently managed a net gain of seven. With 14 seats still to be declared the Democrats have 219 seats (218 constitutes a majority) vs the Republicans with 202.

There are various law suits underway in most of these states, not Georgia because Georgia is going to do a full audit and hand recount
Not all the law suits are being brought by Donald Trump BTW – concerned citizens of these States have also brought suits
One of the suits in Pennsyvania involves the violation of Pennsylvania election laws which require scrutineers from both partys observe the opening of postal ballots and challenge them if they think the requirements for a valid vote have not been met. Challenged votes are set aside for further examination before being either accepted or rejected
The problem is several hundred thousand postal votes in Pittsburg were processed without the scrutineers who were forcibly ejected from the voting center where they were being counted Thus violating Pennsyvania’s election laws Understand?
In Detroit there is a suit being bought by citizens. of Detroit not Donald Trump, where it is alleged over 100,000 votes of unknown provinance bought to the center at 4am after the scrutineers had been told counting had stopped for the night. There are photographs of these ballots being bought in and affadavits from poll workers (who were disgusted by this) as to this occuring which will be presented as evidence in this case. And it is a matter of Public Record that Joe Biden’s tally of votes in Michigan leaped by 100,000 odd votes around 4am the day after the election
