Looking at the noting booth stats from Northland and the booth at the Regional Corrections facility at Ngawha recorded 14 votes for Willow-Jean Prime (Labour) vs 0 for Matt King (National).
Clearly the meme at Ngawha was ‘Crims for Labour’. Figures.

Prime got 163 vote majority over King. Those 14 would not have made much difference.
As voting is only eligible for those with a sentence of 3 years or less they will be out by next election pdm.
I am thinking Kelvin has let them out already – fair reward for their support.
