As the world continues its slide into chaos questions remain.

Wuflu is now being being publicised as further threats from “Variants” as are part and parcel with every other Sars virus in history, it alters due to complicated factors largely in transmission from victim to victim.

Vaccines are being promoted as an answer when decades of research has always been at least one step behind such viral threats and has never been successfully created yet.

There is almost an identical level of argument as to whether almost all the masks being promoted might be effective, hell there is discussion as to does full PPE gear give full protection. The little prick is very small and can cling to some surfaces for hours/days

The previous “gold standard pandemic” often used as a study base was “the spanish flu in the aftermath of WW1 when troops returning from the War zone carried that flu around the world killing far in excess of the battlefield deaths from the Great War and that figure itself was truly horrible. However the human race has endured many serious infectious viral afflictions since they emerged from the swamp and the fact is even the bubonic plague of c1350 eventually spent itself and life went on, albeit with many fewer people around.

News bulletins across the globe seem to be fixated with “Case numbers” with little regard as to any factual information as to actual deaths caused by The Rona”, pneumonia has since forever been a leader in direct cause of death for humans, even some fit younger people. That was particularly the case in 1919/20, in actual understanding it was often fit younger males who succumbed. The other fallacy created in the fear ridden minds of the Proletariat is those cases include many ‘false positives and guesstimates while another bunch of the masses may be asymptomatic and unaware.

There continues to be much debate over the truth as to death rate of persons with no other comorbidities from Covid 19, but the figures trotted out range around 1/2 percent across populations and that sum of persons includes more that 2% who are on the last downhill slope of the mountain of life and acceleration is very likely, there seems little desire to investigate beyond the figures launched regularly by unelected health officials and repeated ad nauseum by Politicians of all stripes in their self promotion as saviours, totally disregarding the truly awesome destruction being wrought on commercial and societal freedoms.

I have said before I am well over the original Panic and now scarily wary of the awesome alacrity Political operatives have grasped the once in a century opportunity to exercise ever greater Control of the people they ostensibly represent. Entering the closing years of my seventh decade there are a wall of afflictions jostling for the opportunity to end my days and The Rona is not even remotely near the top of that list, however the panic stricken cloud of fear that is smothering the masses could well exacerbate my chances of diagnosis and treatment that might avoid however briefly some of that list through simple denial of service.

It is suggested that a notional death toll from the last ‘Flu season’ is almost zero and that has been explained as a result of social distancing and simple hygiene processes that were so common in my child hood but never effectively recorded. On Monday I will farewell a dear friend who I first encountered as a ‘House Master’ at Boarding school in the mid 1950s who in concert with his colleagues took to corporal punishment to attempt a forlorn effort to modify my behaviour. Gus died last weekend from pneumonia in hospital, no suggestion of The Rona yet but that may be included later, who would know, at the age of 90 years, a life very well lived Gus effectively chose to exit. So I will divert from my preferred strategy of not attending final rights, because Gus married my favourite cousin and was promoted from random oppressor to “Family”. My avoidance lies in the main because the lead person at such gatherings will certainly not attend whatever final ceremonies await moi.
