No Minister

Dazed and Confused

Yes, it’s Wednesday humour again.

Let’s start with everybody’s favourite theme of why America is insane – although the tinges of light in Western Europe and along the Eastern seaboard of Australia are a bit of worry also.

Funnily enough it seems the Eastern Seaboard of the USA is more prone to this than the West Coast, which is not how the Yankees of the former see themselves vs the fruits and nuts of California.

But remember: Science.

While the following is an entirely accurate take on TIME magazine the joke is actually on those of us who have made fun of the fear-porn bastards over the years because with Wuflu they finally got what they wanted.

After much talk over the last twenty years about the Interwebby thing coming through as an alternative to the MSM we have to accept the fact that the Social Media giants are in control and playing the same game, as witnessed by this incredible, almost MSM-like, hive-mind exhibition of “independent” thoughts from “independent” people on Twitter with regard to the latest screams about The Delta Variant of Chinese Lung Rot:

A couple of years ago this happened in Britain.

The following story aligns well with that:

“two broken arms, a broken ankle, a broken leg, several missing teeth, possible broken ribs, multiple contusions, assorted lacerations, a broken nose and a broken jaw”

I guess that’s what happens when you rob a store at knifepoint, run into four US Marines outside as you’re escaping and stab one of them in the back, but it still seems like an awful lot of damage just because he “slipped and fell off the curb” after the stabbing.

I have no idea what the following means.

But I’m quite certain I know what this means; it’s a “Liberal” in the USA who will not change as a result of being mugged by reality.

    • Was the manor built last century? I hope it has heavy doors and barred windows.

    • Just a phase 🙂 “neurodivergent” is often a synonym for people on the autistic spectrum (as opposed to the average or “neurotypical” person) so a bit of tolerance and latitude should probably be given in my opinion.

  2. The story about the marines at Best Buy was from 2010 and according to snopes.com, the alleged shoplifter was taken into custody uninjured. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/marine-layer/

    • 😀😀😀😀
So the Snopes “fact-checked” story is that it’s accurate in all respects except the injuries suffered by the robber, which I see is down to the Associated Press.

See? You just can’t trust the MSM.

Oh well, there’s still the British Royal Marine – unless that photo of the robber is not him, or otherwise faked.

    • Another inaccuracy was that “Tracey Attaway of Waynesboro” became “Tyrone Jackson of Augusta” in the newspaper article.
