That I watch the increasingly bizarre performance of St Jacinda from the Podium of Truth. No matter that infection rates of Covid continue to rise (and of course no mention of inflation going thru the roof) … any questions (limited to Tova and Jessica) and they’re batted away with a smiley face and a focus on vaccination rates with an assurance that all will be well … better times are just around the corner.
One is reminded of the 5.00 pm media follies from the bunker at Tan Son Nhut airbase during the Vietnam war. All about the body count … the North Vietnamese Army and the Viet Cong were out for the count … with St Westy in charge the war wuz won.
Only difference being that increasingly the media didn’t buy the narrative. They kept asking the difficult questions

Well the media are definitely running interference for their darling Jacinda.
As it is becoming increasingly obvious the “elimination strategy” has failed are boosting her “political pragmatism” as she slowly backs down.
The vaccination drive is a way of providing a cover story for the strategy change – if everyone is vaccinated that can be used to explain why the promised deadly plague was avoided and Big Government programs can be credited for saving us all while attention is diverted from the reality the economy has been nuked
Interestingly enough the news that Colin Powel has died is surprisingly truthful – Stuff carries AP’s report unedited
What makes this remarkable in light of what has gone before is that he died of “complications” from Covid-19 and not Covid-19 itself and that his vaccine status is prominently reported in the second paragraph which is devoted to giving the reader this information
So the vaccine didn’t stop him getting covid “complications” – what a surprise (that was sarcasm in case anyone missed it). “complications” = effects of the vaccine.
All you can really say Harry is the vaccine did not stop him from getting Covid
The man was 84 years old, which as they used to say is a “pretty good innings”,. Better than either of my parents or any of my grandparents
My guess is if it wasn’t the Covid that got him it then would have been something else. Legionella from potting mix perhaps or some other respiratory virus. When your time is up, its up
