That beats a story I came across recently about an IT guy who automated absolutely everything he could, including sending email responses to people complaining about some bit of software being down as well as fixing the software – generally a reboot or equivalent. The email responses worked on a random set depending on the words that were incoming. It was very inspirational. ๐
Probably has a job in the AI section of Google or Amazon by now.
