No Minister

Starting with something beautiful, let’s keep going on that before we plunge into the ugly realities of our world.

As I explained in a post back in January, I hate these people, and with every passing day the hate deepens as their desire to control the rest of us deepens, literally.

They even have their own police.

Among their other plans they’re big on “sustainable farming” – which means that you need to eat much less meat for a start and you may even end up loving various bug-based meals!

This is why the following is not just a flailing, failing US President trying to gaslight people about inflation, but about the same themes as the WEF; you won’t need to worry about inflation on beef, pork and chicken.

The gaslighting isn’t working, at least not for Biden. That poll result – lower than Trump – has to burn, and I don’t think Biden’s reached bottom yet.

I’m not sure that the WEF does opinion polls about themselves because I don’t think they care what anybody thinks of them or their ideas so long as global leaders like Trudeau, Biden, Ardern, Albanese and company love them.

However, unlike the WEF, politicians do have to face the voters sooner or later and there’s only so much gaslighting that can be done before reality breaks through.

More to come; the additional subsidies for Obamacare that were slotted into the Covid-19 spending bills will expire just in time for the mid-term elections, and premiums are already looking ugly. If you ever wondered why US Health Insurance companies supported Obamacare, now you know.

It’s actually hard to see any policies or anything that the Biden Administration has done that has been positive.

I wonder how many American voters (and other idiots around the globe) remember this:

The Internet does – and it has the receipts.

It’s so bad that he’s even started blaming his staff, which is why they’re leaking to their friends in the MSM, leading to that NBC report, which can barely spin it any more.

You do wonder where the bottom is for this senile old fool and his Democrat Party, but increasingly the message from Democrat insiders is “SAVE US”.

Of course some of his MSM pals are still doing their best, with the pitiful Newsweek taking Biden’s Big Soundbite and helpfully incorporating it into a story that’s not about the Republicans at all.

So in addition to the classic “Republicans Pounce” (yes, they’re so unaware of Interwebby Memes that they used that phrase) they also acted as ventriloquists for the phrase, “MAGA Republicans” that Biden first claimed he’d thought up himself – before it was revealed that Democrat focus groups had developed – and after months of “work” to boot. Like their other solutions this one fell flat, with GOP activists eagerly and proudly making it their own. Once again it’s Democrat fluff vs. the brutal reality of their man’s profound inadequacies that can be turned against him on any issue.

It’s also obvious that there’s not much talent they can draw on to replace Biden in 2024, judging by the following.

No aircraft carriers were under attack at Pearl Harbour because they were all at sea that day, especially not the USS Intrepid because it wasn’t commissioned for another two years. Adams is ignorant and more to the point, likely doesn’t care about being ignorant. Rumour has it that Adams has Presidential ambitions and he may be a good match for Democrat voters.

    • Don’t know but judging by that highway and mountains I’d guess Alaska?

      • The road’s too steep to be the Haast Highway, the scenery competes fairly evenly.

  2. These WEF aligned politicians (& others in govts) really need to disclose their loyalties.

The Canadians tried this a few months back in their Parliament and the question was shut down.

That is a feature not a bug the Potemkin democracies of the 21st century West – it is why we have an airhead schoolgirl as our PM and the leader of the so called opposition (which is indistinguishable from the Labour Party it purportedly provides an alternative to) is a dreary man with less charisma than a dead mouse.

This allows the Godless Neo Marxists who are really running things to continue their depredations on our society unimpeded

And what they want is a population of docile serfs, too poor to do anything other than jump to their every whim.

Judging by the last two years I’d say we’re almost there in NZ. ironically the only ones giving a finger to it all are the gangs.

      • Well of course Tom – you don’t really think this all this mask wearing BS is for public safety or our welfare?

Au Contraire – it is all part of the process of conditioning you into compliance with authority

And as you can see by your tribal National Party blog co-hosts it is working well, they are Pavlovian puppies in the just same manner their their quadruple vaccinated Labour Party doppelgangers are.

Of course what really has happened is Labour have bankrupted this country by destroying the tourism and energy sectors, put the nation into hock for generations and are stealing our life savings by allowing rampant inflation

And the National Party happily have gone along with this without a murmur of dissent

I think your last 2 paragraphs sums it up quite succinctly Andre

“Of course what really has happened is Labour have bankrupted this country by destroying the tourism and energy sectors, put the nation into hock for generations and are stealing our life savings by allowing rampant inflation

And the National Party happily have gone along with this without a murmur of dissent”

Of course there is a lot more to it than that which are quite insidious in nature….they have attacked some of the core under pinning’s of our democracy as well.

Things, institutions and every day conventions (often not codified) that we have taken for granted have been under mined.

A new generation will have to fight for their restoration, perhaps, or figuratively take the knee.

    • Haha. I was being a little tongue-in-cheek when I wrote that about “their police” and I wondered when somebody would pick up on the patch photo. Still, it’s not quite the fake that the “Fact Checkers” claim, in that it’s a real patch the Swiss Police in Davos wear whenever the WEF is in town needing protection.

Why they create and then wear such a patch is the real question.

Well said and very true Andrei. This just shows you are capable of clear thinking. Well done.

  7. Yep … it was the National Party that imposed the ban on new oil and gas exploration; single-handedly killed off tourism by shutting down the worlds airlines; squandered the surplus and allowed inflation to take off. Some people clearly live on another planet where black is white and vice versa. Sad but I guess some muvvers do have em.

    • Don’t be silly Vet, agree with everything you mention. Problem is there’s not much evidence of National taking the fight to Labour. A few fine sounding speeches maybe.
I know it’s difficult with all the media acting as press secretaries for labour.
I know Muldoon is not the best example but he’d be out there every day smacking Ardern in the chops, metaphorically speaking. God knows there’s way more than enough material.
I remember 2017 Labour were out there every day hammering National about 4000 people on the emergency housing list, now there’s 26,000 and the average Joe voter has no idea of this. A wasted opportunity.
If National think they are going to sleepwalk their way into power I’m afraid we may all be disappointed.
Time to show a bit of mongrel.
And what is Luxon’s preoccupation with all things Maori? Hasn’t anyone told him that no matter how much he tries to appease them, even if hell freezes over, they’ll never vote National

    • Yep … it was the National Party that imposed the ban on new oil and gas exploration…

So who is the National Parties Shadow Minister of Energy, the MP who should have been leading the challenge into this misguided policy?

I had to look it up – one Stuart Smith

And despite being sixty years old this gentlemans biography seems to begin in 2014 when he entered parliament

And I wouldn’t know the fellow if I saw him in the street

I consider Energy to be one of the most important portfolios and yet it is assigned to a lowly ranked MP with a zero public profile who may or may not be qualified for the role, probably not would be my guess

When I used to apply for jobs I’d submit my CV, a document well over 15 pages long detailing my trade ,educational and professional; qualifications and work experience

That is standard for everyone, especially in higher level positions with significant responsibilities

And yet the National Party of New Zealand wants me to give this fellow the job of developing our energy policies based on nothing other than his Party affiliation and the fact that he has spent 8 years in /Parliament where he appears to have achieved nothing

      You Have To Be Kidding!
