Angela Davis is one of America’s more famous communists and like most such people has fallen on her feet after a life of violence and advocating violence – in her case with tinges of feminism and race, given that she’s a Black Women. (she was awarded the Soviet Union’s Lenin Peace Prize and inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame)
In 1970, guns belonging to her were used in an armed takeover of a courtroom in Marin County, California, in which four people were murdered. She was prosecuted for three capital felonies—including conspiracy to murder, held in jail for over a year before being acquitted of all charges in 1972.
So naturally now she’s a professor, much like the Weather Underground communist terrorists in Chicago, Bernardine Dohrn and Bill Ayers. She’s pushed all the White People Suck theories of course, so this latest news and her reaction to it is golden:
Experts were able to map Davis’s family line through Jones all the way back to William Brewster, an original signer of the Mayflower Compact and a leader of the Plymouth Colony. Also in the episode, Davis’s maternal grandfather was a white Alabama lawyer and state legislator named John Austin Darden. Through Darden, she is the descendant of a man named Stephen Darden, a drummer born in Virginia who served in the Revolutionary War. Darden then moved to Georgia, where he owned a farm and at least 6 slaves.
I’m reminded of the time that Willie Jackson found out he was 80% White! More on Angela Davis here from former Communist, Ronald Radosh, The Angela Davis Moment.
Away from the sickening and often hilarious double standards of humans, here’s a combination of drones and lava.
Ok, back to awful humans. Political tragics like me will recall that one of the many charges against Trump in the wake of the 2020 election regarded a phone call he made to the Republican Governor of Georgia, Brad Raffensperger, about the votes down there, including the infamous request to “find” some 11,000 votes to overturn the result favouring Biden. The full context of the call transcript made it clear that Trump was not asking him to find 11,000+ GOP votes but at least 11,000 Democrat votes that were fraudulent which, given the mail-by-ballot shenanigans pulled in the state – which Raffensperger later acknowledged – was a good question.

But that didn’t stop the Democrats from selecting this as yet another “The Walls Are Closing In” attack on Trump, all the others having failed to date. They convened a Grand Jury to investigate the evidence against Trump, except he was never called. The Jury recently finished its work and recommended indictments for … perjury. You should understand that DA’s and AG’s don’t always follow such recommendations, since they have to be convinced the charges are solid and convictions obtainable. You also should understand that the former former chief judge of New York state, Sol Wachtler, once said that DA’s had so much influence nowadays that they could get a Grand Jury to “indict a ham sandwich.”
Thus I present to you the former Chairwoman of this Grand Jury who has taken to the airwaves, in her excitement to Get Trump, and also in apparent ignorance of the requirement of such people to STFU at this stage of an investigation.
Remember that the rest of the jury selected this woman as their leader. From the comments:

She’s also big into witchcraft, which tracks perfectly.

Institutions may fail, but only if good people let them. So I’ll finish with an uplifting story of a good person:
65-year-old Dianne Gordon has been walking 2.7 miles to and from her job behind a deli counter every day since her Jeep broke down and she didn’t have enough money to fix it. One day she decided to stop at a gas station for a snack and noticed a plastic bag. Inside there was a lot of money; turning it around there were some greeting cards, and a lot more money. Just doing what she “was taught to do” the grandmother of two called the police, who sent an officer to take custody of the sum.
Plus other good people, like the wife of the Police Officer she called, her started a GoFundMe account for people to donate to helping her and raised $82,000 before it closed:
On February 8th, Friends of Dianne wrote: “Dianne officially signed for her new Jeep Compass yesterday at Szott M-59 in White Lake Township. Along with the new car, she also got an extended warranty, maintenance, insurance, and plates/tabs.”
Another great collection. Thank you.
