As the power of computers continues to increase, ordinary people are beginning to discover just how much of that power they have in their hands.

With the right software, imagination and a bit of practice, you can create works of art that would have only been possible for professional outfits even just a decade ago.

This is my favourite cartoon villain President, although the Eisenhower one does capture the Atomic Science Fiction 1950’s look pretty well.
