It will be appealed and very likely reduced down to even “homeD”
If not appealed it will be reduced by any time on remand and then halved to comply with Kelboys desire to empty the prisons as far as possible.
I have a feeling if he serves one year it will be an extraordinary lapse from the system and likely end with a reparations.

I am left wondering if Mr Judge has a close relationship with one of the many victims, such is the serious loss of confidence in matters crime and punishment.
