A Hospital say in a Southern city, a third medical training facility up North, a reduction somewhere in a list of poor buggers unable to access relieving surgical interventions, even a boost for Pharmac to fund proven medical interventions to halt or treat Cancers, yet there seems an inexplicable refusal to even address the insanity around NZ$500 000 000 wasted and destined to be buried in a hole in the ground when the cRats get around to ending the losses that will eventually be exposed as more down the drain than the figures so far admitted.
