More Winning – Now With The Ministry of Women

But sadly it’s in another country.

BREAKING:

Javier Milei has disbanded the Ministry of Women and fired 85% of its employees.

The rest were redirected to work in the old Department of Gender Protection, which will now be renamed as the “Department of Family Protection”

One of the reasons this will never happen in New Zealand is outlined below.

Well there you have it. You think that National should be against Ministry of Women’s Affairs. What you don’t seem to understand is that many National women MP’s were and are strongly in favour of the Ministry and were much part of its origins (women MP’s of an earlier generation).

Incidentally that comment came from a post I did in 2021 titled, 7 reasons why ScoMo is likely to lose the next election, which lists several reasons that sound awfully similar to our status quo.
