If there is room in the car after you have stowed all that baggage put The Plank Walker in the boot
Your call to cool down the rhetoric on race relations being held on course for disaster if the continual modification of a treaty signed nearly 200 years ago with three simple clauses will not extinguish the bonfire you set to engulf New Zealand in a race divide that threatens any chance of ever regaining racial harmony.
One Small step for Man a giant step to racial divide, thanks a bunch Mr Key, yes you garnered yourself a knighthood but the historical status of those were awarded for exemplary service to your liege, you did little to serve the long suffering voters but you did very nicely for yourself.
You had a unique opportunity to really make New Zealand a better place but now seven years since you bailed, that once great proud peaceful nation is teetering on a brink of a breakdown once considered to be unlikely in the extreme. New Zealand struggling under a mountain of debt, rapidly deteriorating race relations and threats to the trade that underpins a single pathway to survival let alone prosperity, while you and another to leaders think you have the answers. You apparently didn’t then and you sure don’t now.
