Plus other types of criminals have entered the USA as illegal aliens, almost all of them likely coming across the American southern border. And this is not data from some partisan think tank but the Federal agency responsible for trying to enforce the immigration laws, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The exact figures are as follows:

It’s election season, the time of hyperbole, but actually the word “treason” is appropriate here for the people whe have allowed this to happen, starting with “President” Biden and his VP sidekick, and “disqualifying” is certainly appropriate for Harris as she runs for President.

The data only appeared after a Republican Congressman requested that ICE detail how many non-detained convicted illegal immigrants are still roaming the United States despite having final orders for removal:

The agency provided data to Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, about national data for illegal immigrants with criminal charges or convictions. The data, as of July 2024, is broken down by those in detention, and those who are not in detention — known as the non-detained docket.  The non-detained docket includes illegal immigrants who have final orders of removal or are going through removal proceedings but are not detained in ICE custody. There are currently more than 7 million people on that docket.

The data says that, among those not in detention, there are 425,431 convicted criminals and 222,141 with pending criminal charges.

So these people not only came into the illegally they’re roaming free! And it could be worse:

Law enforcement on the frontlines has warned for the last 3.5 years that when you have an unsecured border – no vetting- catch & release policies – will lead to an unprecedented threat to public safety. The statistics do not account for the 2+ million known gotaways that are currently present in the country.

Presidential campaigns have been destroyed for less destructive failures than this.
