That prosecutors will go after such law breakers, even when they’re elected Democrat District Attorney’s. What motivation do they have to look closely at something that might nullify their election? The respect for law and order, such as when they allow even convicted criminals caught with illegal guns to bounce! Oh, but they’ll go hard on illegal aliens who voted!

Given the fractured nature of the vast American electorate there are many ways to cheat in their elections, a lot of them documented in a book first published by a Guardian writer as “Steal This Vote” in 2005 and re-published in 2016 as Down For The Count. The later edition focused its last chapter on electronic voting machines, followed up two years later by the NYT expressing their concerns about Dominion Voting Machines and its competitors, plus Democrat politicians (22m of them in that X-Twitter clip): something to keep in mind the next time a Leftist boasts about the lawsuit Dominion won against Fox News.
But the real threat is mail-in ballots combined with ballot harvesting plus the essential feature of not validating who voted and where they were:
Up to a quarter of a million votes were cast in Wisconsin’s presidential election without any identification check at all.
The constant rebuttal by the Democrats to any efforts to have such checking done is that it will discriminate against people who have no ID, a claim refuted by the above chart showing how an ID of some sort is essential for almost every thing done in America today – except for voting apparently.
There’s only one reason why you would protest against ID of person and place in voting – and that’s if you want to cheat in an election.
Recently a study was made of the situation in Chicago where partisanship can be discounted because the GOP has almost ceased to exist there. The Chicago Contrarian (CC) looked at the impact of mail-in voting, specifically in relation to the homeless, where there’s a law saying that they can’t vote unless they have proof of address, with the proof as follows:
The law calls for the Chicago Board of Elections CBOE) to use United States Postal Service returned mail as the primary source for list hygiene. That is, the only way that the CBOE will move a voter to inactive status is if the USPS returns the election card as “undeliverable” or if another government agency specifically notifies the CBOE of a voters change of address.
As the CC asked, who actually checks these election cards against the hundreds of people who live in shelters to determine if they’re “deliverable” or not? Certainly not the Post Office, which then raises the concern about addresses other than homeless shelters. The CC did some checking:
- One E. Erie – FedEx Office – 33 voters
- 69 W. Washington – County Building – 29 voters
- 4750 N. Sheridan – Institute of Cultural Affairs – 21 voters
- 4554 N. Broadway – Commercial Space – 8 voters…
They had a look at condos, apartments and single family homes also:
- 1040 N. Lake Shore Drive – 2 Bed Condo – 7 voters
- 1300 N. State – 2 Bed Condo – 7 voters
- 1500 block N. Menard – 12 voters
- 2700 block W. Greenleaf – 12 voters…
Even when living in a classic Aussie-Kiwi flat in London we didn’t have that many people dossing on the floors. None of this is normal. There are hundreds of such addresses representing thousands of registered voters. No wonder the last Republican Mayor of Chicago left office in 1931.
They then compared the voter turnout in 2012 and 2016, showing a tiny increase in in-person voting and but a doubling in early voting and four-time as much mail-in voting, with this cheeky observation:
However it was accomplished, it was an increase of 223,000 votes. Does Chicago really love Hillary Clinton that much more than Barack Obama?
Naturally 2020 was even more off the charts for both early and mail-in voting, producing oddities such having over 180,000 voters in 2020 who did NOT cast a ballot in the 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, or 2022 elections. I’ll be interested to see what the 2024 election produces, especially since Illinois has a new law called the “Permanent Roster” which demands that mail-in ballots be sent to everyone, whatever their address. I did laugh at CC’s plaintive little plea at the end of the article that “the time to fix this is now”. Given that all of this is legal I doubt it’s going to get fixed until the GOP uses it to win, which is almost impossible in that environment.
California was ground-zero for the Democrat Party to test the “Permanent Roster” process of mass mail-outs of mail-in ballots, and ballot harvesting, which leads to obvious security issues that they don’t give a shit about.
In 2024 yet another factor has potentially been added to all this – illegal aliens.
Of course there are many laws in many states preventing such people from voting but to accept that argument at face value requires the following to be believed:
- That people who have already broken multiple immigration laws won’t break more, especially where the consequences are even less than what they’ve already escaped.
- That prosecutors will go after such law breakers, even when they’re elected Democrat District Attorney’s. What motivation do they have to look closely at something that might nullify their election or that of their Democrat buddies? The respect for law and order, such as when they allow even convicted criminals caught with illegal guns to bounce! Oh, but they’ll go hard on illegal aliens who voted!
- That the processes of registering voters will weed out illegal aliens before they can vote.
- That voter-ID and address-checks of the ballots will prevent illegal aliens from voting.
It’s not just Democrat One Party states like Illinois and California where these stunts are pulled:
An audit of Texas voter rolls in 2019 found 95,000 noncitizens who’d registered, 58,000 of whom voted in an election. This year, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced that he’d removed 6,500 noncitizens from the state’s voter rolls, nearly 2,000 of whom voted.
Yet just this weekend, ABC News ran a piece titled: “In South Texas, the myth of noncitizen voting takes center stage.”
Debunking the “myth” involves shifting the goalposts from “it can’t happen because it’s illegal” to “Okay it happens but only a handful of prosecutions have been made” to “Okay it happens but the numbers aren’t large enough to change an election result”.
That article lists the numbers of voters with no proof of citizenship already found on rolls in Virginia (6,303), Arizona (218,000), Nevada (11,000), Oregon (1,300) and Ohio (600). Okay, so the last two don’t count as they’re not swing states (though Ohio was up until 2020). But these are just preliminary investigations and even those numbers start adding up, especially when you consider that Biden’s win over Trump came down to about 44,000 votes spread across three swing states (Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin ) with 30 million people.
A 2014 paper in the journal of Electoral Studies found that “the proportion of noncitizens who voted (in 2008) was less than 15%, but significantly greater than zero. Similarly, in 2010 we found that more than 3% of noncitizens reported voting.” It went on to say that: “We find that some noncitizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and congressional elections.”
Given what’s happened since 2014 the situation is very unlikely to have improved, especially when the Democrat Party not only ignores such things but actively encourages them, as it did when the SAVE Act that would have merely required some proof of citizenship in order to vote, or last week when the DOJ stepped into a fight with Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin(R):
With less than 30 days until the election, the Biden-Harris Department of Justice is filing an unprecedented lawsuit against me and the Commonwealth of Virginia, for appropriately enforcing a 2006 law signed by Democrat Tim Kaine that requires Virginia to remove noncitizens from the voter rolls.
There’s only one reason why you would not want to remove noncitizens from the rolls – and that’s if you want to cheat in an election.
Former New York Federal (DOJ) prosecutor Andrew McCarthy (who led the successful 1995 prosecution against Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman and eleven others for terrorism and who is no friend of Trump) makes the same point more eloquently:
There is only one rational explanation for this ill-conceived exercise of prosecutorial discretion against the United States citizens of Virginia and on behalf of illegal aliens: The Biden-Harris administration is trying to influence the outcome of the election by enabling illegal aliens to vote. The expectation that illegal aliens will vote for Democrats and transform closely divided states into Democratic strongholds also helps explain why Biden and Harris dismantled American border security.
Every state becomes California and Illinois. America becomes them, rendering elections meaningless. He also points out the irony of these actions (while being blunt about his former employer):
Understand: The Biden-Harris administration, led as ever by U.S. history’s most politicized Justice Department, is now doing the very thing it has indicted Donald Trump for doing — and for which it would have him imprisoned for up to ten years. That is, it is conspiring to injure the people of a state, Virginia in this instance, in the enjoyment of their right to vote. That’s a felony violation of the civil-rights laws (§241), at least according to the indictment Biden-Harris DOJ special counsel Jack Smith has brought
If Trump wins perhaps he’ll learn the lesson from his first term where he held off going after Hillary Clinton, and use Jack Smith’s arguments against Garland and company.
Prosecutions, both of illegal aliens who vote, and the Federal, State and City officials who enable it, are the only way this shit is going to be stopped.
