Plus my fading mind is sure I have read (now proved dementia is still some time away – whew) about this impressive young couple previously. Whatever, it is a story worth repeating and should be compulsory reading for every school leaver, or maybe even every New Zealand 3rd form (year 9) student.
Here is Stuffs Headline:

My wife’s biggest problem with New Zealand when we lived there was that, instead of realizing a situation was intolerable, and promptly moving to fix it, New Zealanders preferred to revel in the intolerable situation, and celebrate those who best endure it. This is a great example.
Yep. Interpreting statistics.
When it’s just one, or a handful, rather than ten or a hundred thousand young that are celebrating this, then you know you’ve got a big problem.
