How many people wear life jackets when “taking a dip or swimming”? How many when simply strolling or sitting near water?

This “summer” convinces that it’s not the lack of news at Xmas that is the problem, it’s the complete lack of intelligence and ability of those tasked with filling in until the adults get back.
