In case you’re not aware of it, part of President Trump’s blitzkrieg against all things Left via hundreds of Executive Orders (EO’s) has been to shut down every DEI initiative in the US government: offices, websites, and if necessary people, have been removed in order to get rid of this disgusting stain of groupthink.
As you can imagine, there’s a fightback going on, from the USAF, to the ATF, but part of the joke here is the demographic that has most benefited from DEI.

Maybe POC Feminists have had a point about White Feminists always being at the front of the line?
The POC’s might have a point if it were not for the fact that DEI actually built in racial discrimination (plus other discriminations): it had to in order to work. But when everybody was busy establishing DEI programs during the BLM madness of 2020, they were apparently too convinced of their political invulnerability to care about that.
Everyone understood that [illegal discimination] was going on, in private business as well as universities. Acquaintances would just outright say ‘We’re looking to hire a woman of color/queer person/etc for this position.’ I never figured out how to politely ask why they were confessing a crime to someone they barely knew.
Related to this is something Trump did that’s even bigger than DEI, with this one EO (Number 13985) he also overturned LBJ’s 1965 EO (Number 11246) demanding “affirmative action” – an order forcing government departments to hire Blacks in preference to Whites in order to have them reflect America’s population of the time, and counter a century of discrimination (notably pushed hard by another Democrat President, Woodrow Wilson).
The irony that was recognised from the start was that Johnson’s EO was in breach of the huge Civil Rights Act passed the same year that was intended to end racial discrimination, and for which he got much credit. But few protested, and did not push the issue in the courts, because in the ferment of the late 1960’s it was felt that affirmative action was the lessor evil.
But that age passed long ago and even by the 1980’s there should have been no need for such racial discrimination to “balance” the past. It should have been turfed forty years ago, if not twenty, especially given that it bled into the private sector, creating a lot of nasty problems.
How nasty? Read Ryan Zickgraf’s exposé of the “diversity hacks” in DEI whose jobs are much more corrosive than the old-boy-make-work positions of yore:
There was something bitterly ironic about being a straight white guy whose job was to design woke social-media posts — for Pfizer, among others — about the importance of celebrating Juneteenth. But that job was the kind of grift that helps disguise the fact that the whole DEI world is smoke and mirrors.
And HMS Agincourt has been renamed HMS Achilles lest the French get butthurt over their 14th century loss of the eponymous battle
Oh FFS!! Really?
As if the French would take offence when they never have before. Admittedly they’re likely infested with this shite as well so perhaps there are ‘crats and pollies who would go public with the hurty feelings of being “offended”.
I’ve been meaning to write a “Britain is Lost” post and that can be the starter!
