This afternoon there was a debate on the Privileges Committe decision on Maori MP Takuta Ferris calling all (I assume) non Maori Party Politicians liars way back on 28 September. It took a bloody long time to get to making a decision but it was well worth the wait.
Well not really for the decision which was read in a monotone by Deputy Committee Chairman Duncan Webb, followed by Scott Simpson in a similar monotone. Both droned on then The Mex had a brief go and then as the old song goes – ALONG CAME JONES on this occasion The Magnificent Shane Jones.
Shane Jones stood up and was absolutely magnificent and he ripped Ferris up into little pieces as he pointed out that Ferris was a disgrace to Maori and all New Zealanders.
Words in a post like this will never do this Shane Jones speech justice and as soon as I can find a You Tube video of his speech and make no mistake there will be one, I will add it to the post.

I must admit I’m surprised because I don’t rate Shane Jones, but man he nailed that bastard against the wall.
… it’s beltway stuff though. Nobody cares that he said mean things in Parliament, and his supporters lap it up. The best way to deal with TPM is just to zero platform them and refuse to acknowledge their existence. They want whitey to get the vapors, and whitey (and Shane Jones) shouldn’t give them the satisfaction.
Oh, you made me visit the Herald. It has an article where they’re more upset at whoever leaked footage of Golly G shoplifting, than they are that a sitting MP was stealing goods from retailers. They can get fucked, and I’d rather visit deep web red rooms than go to that site again.
