Imagine we lived in a world where all cars were EVs, and then along comes a new invention, the ‘internal combustion engine!’ Think how well that would sell: A vehicle half the weight, half the price that will almost quarter the damage done to the road. A vehicle that can be refueled in 1/10th of the time and has a range of up to 4 times the distance in all weather conditions. It does not rely on the environmentally damaging use of non-renewable rare earth elements to power it, and it uses far less steel and other materials. Just think how excited people would be for such technology. It would sell like hotcakes.

Let’s start with the second possibilty of bankruptcy:

  • Ford loses another $5 billion in its EV division and recalls its F150 Conflagration Lightning pickup because of “fire risk”.
  • Porsche has gone from record revenue, profits and unit sales in 2022 when they announced they were going all-electric by 2030 to falling revenues and its value cut in half, plus facing a $21 billion loss on its investment in VW, which was making the same bet.
  • Maserati kills electric version of its MC20 supercar for lack of demand.
  • Lion E-school buses in Canada is already there, and that’s after Biden dumped in $160 million and numerous school districts signed up to get them and now won’t. They’re actually the lucky ones because those who did, like in Democrat-controlled Maine, now have barely operational junkers.

Fortunately Trump is about to kill a lot of this:

You may ask how this might this affect the largest and most successful EV company in the world, Tesla, run by Trump’s good mate, Elon Musk?

Well, their stock has been declining as well, and Democrats and Leftists are very excited about this:

As reporter Bill Melugin pointed out the state of Minnesota had 1.6 million shares of Tesla in its retirement fund, and 211,000 shares of Tesla in its non-retirement fund. No word on whether they’d sold them before this. Nose, knife, spite, dumbness! Musk responded by saying that he gets a little boost everytime he walks into the Whitehouse and sees J D Vance’s VP portrait on the walls.

However the stock is still up on five months ago and they’re still worth more than Government Motors. Having said that, the changes in consumer behavior may be about to hit them as well.

When you have even military veteran-astronauts like Democrat Senator Mark Kelly ditching their Teslas for awesomely grunty machines like the Chevy Tahoe – with a Planet Boiling EPA standard of 13mpg in city driving (18L per 100k) you know there’s been a huge culture shift.

Of course there could be other reasons for this:

Oh right! Who gives a shit about saving the planet when you’ve got Elon Musk to hate for cutting government expenditure, which includes shutting down Federal agencies and firing Federal employees. As that Daily Show piece shows that hate is being expressed in more ways than just American Leftist’s selling Teslas after years of virtue signaling everybody else about their environmental creds:

Naturally, because they’re morons, these people didn’t realise that Teslas have 9 cameras all around that are operating even when the car is parked and “off” (sentry mode). So the above people have either been caught or soon will be.

But these are not just unhinged individual leftists; they have backing from more influential and powerful figures:

  • Late night “comedian” (and Democrat Party shill) Jimmy Kimmel, produced a perfect example of a “dog whistle” by calling for Tesla vehicles to be vandalised by “not calling for them to be vandalised” (😉 – and the audience got the message).
  • Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett telling activists to take down Tesla and Elon, “Republican” Rick Wilson urging people to “Kill Tesla” (he actually had the balls to complain about X banning that Tweet)
  • A ‘DOGEQUEST’ website has been set up to doxx Tesla owners as well as the locations of Tesla dealerships, charging stations, and even DOGE employees. No news yet on who’s funding this but gathering the data is not cheap.
  • It is now known that Five Democrat Groups funded by the huge Democrat Political Action Committee, ActBlue, have been financing the protests at Tesla dealerships.

And certainly the official mouth pieces of the Democrat Party have not been seen speaking out against this, any more than they did against Antifa and BLM during the Summer Of Love in 2020. Their silence is undoubtedly driven by the thinking of their base:

I’m sorry but the world’s wealthiest individual leveraging their wealth for political influence and power cannot claim victimhood when the inevitable backlash engulfs his business interests. The narcissistic entitlement here is off the charts.

Oh really? Why is domestic terrorism “inevitable” when the Left doesn’t get it’s way? The answer is that the Left gets very, very upset when you oppose them so it’s “inevitable” there will be violent consequences for your political speech and actions, and so it’s just the height of “entitlement” to complain about it. Strangely I don’t remember revolutionary Lefties admitting that the J6ers also had a right to a violent outlet for their political frustrations. It’s only the Left that has the right to conduct terroristic violence.

Given that Tesla’s have been overwhelmingly purchased by Lefties (and hence Democrats) I do have to wonder how many votes the Democrat Party are losing because of this campaign by their unhinged fringe? After all, they already lost one voter, and big supporter, several years ago:

Actually Musk had already predicted this back in 2022 based merely on him switching his Obama-Biden-era support of the Democrats to the Republicans.
