Graeme Hart lends to twice-bankrupted builder!!!!

Surely this is Graeme Hart’s Business and his decision too if he wants to give a man or a man’s business another chance. It is after all Graeme Harts own money that he is taking the risk with. I do note that he holds tenuous security by way of Caveats over some of the borrowers property.

What he does with his money is no business of The `sanctimonius’ Heralds.

Obviously The Herald does not believe in giving someone another chance.

As an aside if my memory is correct Benjamin Franklin was bankrupted on three occasions before making good – now his face decorates the $100.00 USA Bank Note – so he did a few things right.
