Why is almost everyone yapping on the internet about politics and the economy all the time?
Why are we all blaming, shaming, complaining and arguing about things we know little about and cannot really do anything about?
Do we really think that the Oligarchs who have all the political power and real assets give a shit?
Why would they even listen to or care what the “peasants” are concerned about when they have all the wealth, authority and power and the rest have none?
Why would they even care if the “great unwashed” are unhappy when they have all their armed police force and army to protect them from “the rabble”?
If you fools think elections make any difference, have a look at the list of donors of the political parties and get a clue. Dumbass, the Oligarchs own those parties and their government.
The rest of us just pay for it all.
One “generous” person gave National $500,000.00. Do you think Luxy Boy picks up when he calls and says yes sir, no sir, 3 bags full sir. Of course you don’t.
Why do you think our society is divided into so many hostile identity groups of confused nitwits that are fighting with one other?
DUH! Its politics 101. Divide, Conquer and Rule the “deplorables” for the benefit of their political and economic rulers.
The truth, that our current form of government is called Oligarchy and the rest of us are just mushrooms, living in the dark and eating their shit is, is right in front of our eyes but we are to afraid to see it or try to do anything about it.
Of course none of us were never taught about the many different forms of government and what Democracy is supposed to be. That would never do!
The only thing anyone can really do is try to face the ugly truth that hurts so much and try to change themself and what they do or do not. All this bitching, whining and doing nothing about anything is hiding, running away and pretending that “little me” matters. Spoiler alert you don’t matter!
Why do the global Oligarchs have secure “bolt holes” here in New Zealand?
They know that Chaos is coming and the “flightless birds”, children and sheeples that live here are too dumb, passive and divided against one another to ever be a threat to them and their power.
What the Oligarchs fear the most is that we peasants might stop being divided, get together, wise up, come for them and take back the freedom, Autonomy, wealth and power they have been stealing from us since 1973.
I know how we could do this but am not going to tell you.
You need to figure it out for yourselves and one another.
I have myself and family all safe and secure so its not my problem.

You would think a few people might have woken up after the covid scamdemic, but apparently not.
I largely agree with what you say about politics, and I spoke at a few meetings about how the parties simply reflect what they think voters want, which in turn is influenced by the media, which is paid by… -follow the money..

Most of the citizens of this failing nation have been “educated” to be like sheep or little children that cannot think or do anything for themselves and one another.
They have also been effectively divided into many opposing and hostile “identity groups” or “communities” that cannot get along and hate one another and themselves.
All these sheep and children can do is go Baaaa and cry “poor me, I am the victim here” from behind the safety of their screens on anti-social media.
The sheep get shorn.
The children get abused.
This nation and its sheep and children and well and truly f***d.
