Throughout much of Potus 45 Democrats at many levels attempted to end Trump with what became widely known as “Lawfare”, where partisans used judicial process to thwart and delay, eventually using their Lower house majority to bring about “Impeachment”.

Having achieved a victory by simple majority, firstly in the House Judiciary Committee then, following referral to the whole house, again by a simple majority, it is sent to the Senate where a trial is held on each article, requiring a two thirds majority to convict for any one of the articles.

Now that is quite difficult and rarely gets to a conclusion. Richard Nixon was never convicted, he resigned when it became very likely the two thirds needed in the senate could happen.

Another matter often glossed over is those tumultuous events that occurred over half a century ago, beginning in 1972, did not result from what Nixon’s people perpetrated to secure his re election; it all came down to the cover up that ensued, again largely by his people.

The Democrats during Potus 45 tried to get an impeachment using some very crude and worrisome tactics, and it was revealed as a witch hunt of insane proportions that was unlikely in the extreme to garner the almost 70 votes needed in the Senate.

Now it is being revealed a seventy-something year old congressman of Indian extraction is setting out on Impeachment number three for Trump?

Shri Thanedar, a congressman from a Mid West congressional district, is anything but a “White Knight”, with some rather damaged skeletons in his closet. He once ran a pharmaceutical setup that was accused of animal welfare abuse over using dogs for testing. Has been to court over dodgy dealings up to and including fraud more than once, so likely a good fit for a Democrat Party Hero aye?

What is he basing Impeachment 003 on? Well, along with a veritable army of Democrats protesting, it’s the deportation of illegal immigrants by Homeland Security, as promised ad nauseum by Trump’s campaign last year, culminating in sending thousands off shore. So obscure is this House member of two years standing almost everyone trying to understand his crusade inevitably comes to “who is this person”?

Enough of that, the trigger for this post was triggered another Democrat of diminished cognisant status this time in Milwaukee. Elected Judge Hannah Dugan, has been taken into custody by the FBI for allowing an illegal before her to escape ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) officials who were on the way to her courtroom to detain him. Hannah, being the good Diminished Democrat she clearly is, took the illegal out through a court back door to avoid ICE.

Evidently it’s the second time she has done similar and this time the FBI now, under new Director Kash Patel, announced “no one is above the Law” (where have we heard that before) and put the Judge in restraints and escorted her off to be processed.

Dear old Hannah will maybe have time to assess whether Lawfare is a legitimate use of Political Power as of course there are Contretemps abounding from the Luvvies as can be imagined?
