This has been developing for a while now as the Daily Caller, pointed out in 2024:

Author Douglas Murray published a scathing review of the British government’s counter-terrorism Prevent program, which has apparently reported that authors like George Orwell, J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis can radicalize readers.

The alternative is the art that was being taught to Afghanistan woman by US-funded agencies (the look on the faces is priceless).

As Never Yet Melted suggested:

Western elites let Afghans see what Western elite culture is like. Naturally, and inevitably, they took down their AK-47s from the wall and fought tooth and nail to prevent being assimilated into that!

Something similar appears to now be happening in the West with its youth, as one such tried to explain to the adults:

This is a question you and your white classmates implicitly know cannot be asked. So instead, all of you submit. Humiliation quickly leads to demoralization. As you get older, you feel increasingly unwelcome by society. “Diversity and inclusion” initiatives and never-ending anti-white messaging from the media only make you feel like a burden….
