NO SHE DIDN’T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hot Lips was treated far better in the MASH series of books and the movie than the early television series (The latter series eased off on her) but she was never, ever, “no nonsense”. In fact the humour about her character was her inability to be “no nonsense”.
Yet another massive failure of the fucking slime scum.
RIP Ms Swit, you made many peoples’ lives better by your acting.
I will never read of the Reverent Mother Emeritus without thinking of you.
No Minister 
Her character on M*A*S*H was also the inspiration for Miss Piggy on the Muppets.
Now that’s a legacy 🙂
