Across many Western nations surveys have been regularly conducted for years now of the public trust in state institutions, and over the last two decades they show that trust is falling.

Recent news reports will likely push that distrust even further in the USA – such as the President Autopen scandal, and in fact that whole Potemkin Administration – even as the MSM shows a distinctive lack of interest in making these front-page headlines or in investigating further.

The FBI has had two stories that deserve to shake people’s confidence in them. They’re both bombshells.

Director Christopher Wray lied to Congress about direct Chinese efforts to swing the 2020 election to Joe Biden. This follows the same line as the Russian interference in the 2016 election, in that there’s no evidence that the efforts had any real impact but the fact that they tried. But even that’s not the point; the point is that Wray denied Chinese involvement when he had the evidence that they had, and that he buried that evidence.

As to that Russian interference in 2016, the following story about that is far worse than the original claims, and has the entire Intelligence Community (IC) covering itself in slime.

A bombshell new CIA review of the Obama administration’s spy agencies’ assessment that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to help Donald Trump was deliberately corrupted by then-CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who were “excessively involved” in its drafting, and rushed its completion in a “chaotic,” “atypical” and “markedly unconventional” process that raised questions of a “potential political motive.” 

Further, Brennan’s decision to include the discredited Steele dossier, over the objections of the CIA’s most senior Russia experts, “undermined the credibility” of the assessment.

It’s doubtful that Brennan and Clapper can be charged with anything now, given that it’s been almost a decade since they did this, but at a minimum they should be hauled before a Congressional investigating committee and made to testify under oath. Hopefully they’ll continue lying there and thus able to be charged with perjury and such. Same with Christopher Wray.

Certainly there should be some serious consequences otherwise people like this will try these stunts again, and unless the Trump Administration is willing to fire every person hired and promoted by these men, it’s a certainty that there are budding Brennan’s, Clapper’s and Wray’s just waiting for their moment.

No help can be expected from the Democrat Party on this. Why it’s as if they think they’ll never be exposed to such treatement!
