Te Ao Maori rules and no, I’m not happy about it!
In this instance, the Māori worldview has just burdened the taxpayer with a totally unnecessary cost. How often is this happening, just unreported by a MSM that majors in subjectivity.
Te Ao Maori that encompasses culture, language and traditions takes precedence over common sense and the law! FFS!
You miss the point.
The people paying for this should be the scum who perpetrated the act.
Instead of being taken out, hung from the nearest tree/lamp-post/yard arm and flogged and then everything they owned taken from them, these racist scum get to continue in their non-work jobs being grossly overpaid while you and I pick up the tab.
Fines, costs awards etc. levied against the taxpayer are wrong, corporal punishment of the actual wrong-doer a far better option – particularly if done publicly.
We absolutely have to get rid of this institutional racism.
