Which they’ve been doing across the West since the 1960’s Counter-Culture revolution, because the Left represent The Future and Progress – by contrast to square old conservatives hanging onto the past, etc, etc.
But the Left just might want to check on the “Progress” with the “youf”.

Of course the only voting demographic that’s still solid for the Left across the West are woman, specifically AWFL woman (Affluent White Female Liberals). There are many reasons for that, mostly to do with their marrying the state instead of a man,

The other day I wrote about how one of the factors, at least in the West, that’s driving its birthrates below replacement level, is young men increasingly refusing to have anything to do with woman, thanks to #MeToo and other aspects of the Feminist Sexual Revolution.
But there may be some good news, in that the Gen-Z/young Millennial crowd who are getting hitched, seem to be sticking to it more than Boomers, Gen-X and older Millennials. They actually seem to be tracking those who got married in the Old, Square 1950’s!
Homeless Man Knows The Score
You’ll have to click on the link because Instagram embedding doesn’t seem to work at present, but the bottom line is that California is spending $97,000 per homeless person – and yet the number of homeless keeps increasing, as the homeless guy in the video knows:
Homeless Black Guy (HBG): What the fuck? That can’t be true because there’s more and more people becoming homeless on the streets…. I see new faces almost every other day.
Interviewer: So then where the hell’s the money going?
HBG: ….Somebody took that shit…
Interviewer: How much of that did you get?
HBG: None….well okay, maybe $50 on some, burgers and hot dogs that, you know, gave us in the park. Other than that, none.
I have to admit that I admired the efforts of this homeless guy – even as it shows the insanity of the bureaucracy in Los Angeles.
Texas Gerrymandering
Gerrymandering is the process of re-drawing electoral districts to give your party an increased chance of winning. Although it can happen in most Western democracies it really is an American thing since so much politics there is done at the city, county and state level. It was coined in 1812 after Massachusetts’s Governor Elbridge Gerry, who approved a district plan where one of the districts looked like a salamander.
It’s a fine old tradition played by both the Democrat and Republican Parties and the current squealing from the former has to do with Texas being allowed by the courts to re-draw several Democrat districts, an act that will likely give the GOP five extra seats in the Federal House in the 2026 Mid-Term elections – a crucial advantage when their majority is just five right now and Mid-Term elections usually go badly for the President’s Party.
One of the Democrat squealers is the huge, greasy bag of lipids known as Illinois Democrat Governor, J B Pritzker, and given the history of his party in Chicago and the State, he really should have kept his mouth shut.
They’ve pulled the same stunt in California, Massachusetts and many other states they control.
Media Matters in Trouble
The gerrymandering whinge is just another example of how the American Left appears to be in a bit of meltdown across the board, from inside the party itself with horrible polling and no leadership, to scores of its MSM operatives getting sacked, to its NGO’s collapsing for lack of funding.
Curiously the latter seems as much connected with Federal government funding cuts and the outright destruction of places like USAID as with private donars pulling their money. Why it’s as if the Left was using government to fund it’s non-government activities!
One of the outfits in trouble has long provided a links between MSM and Democrat Party:
The organization, which is funded by some of the Democratic Party’s biggest donors, has racked up about $15 million in legal fees over the past 20 months to defend itself against lawsuits by Elon Musk, in addition to investigations by Mr. Trump’s Federal Trade Commission and Republican state attorneys general. The group has slashed the size of its staff and scrambled to raise more cash from skittish donors, according to documents and interviews with 11 people familiar with the organization’s fight to survive.
Awwwww. The Musk lawsuit arose when Media Matters screwing around with X’s algorithm by placing adverts that would link to Jew-hating and pro-Nazi content, thus enabling them to shame advertisers into fleeing the site. The FTC investigation is related to something similar, where MMFA may have illegally colluded with others to pressure advertisers into pulling their stuff from X.
They blew through $250 million in twenty years, money that none of their right-wing targets come close to having, aside from Fox News. It was always about aiming for 100% Democrat control of the MSM and Social Media. But of course even totalitarian regimes have internal splits:
“The closer we got to the 2016 election the less it became about actually debunking conservative misinformation and more it became about just defending Hillary Clinton from every blogger in their mother’s basement,” one former staffer told us. This was, moreover, a repeat of what Media Matters did in 2008, when there was a rift between staffers and management over the favoring of Clinton in her race against then-Senator Barack Obama.
Heh! So they did it to themselves.
Sadly, some billionaire will step into save their backsides; they’re too valuable an attack dog for the Democrat Party, although even they’ve been dented by being clearly part “Fake News”
